Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Loose Human website at getloose.app and the Get Loose App (collectively, "the Service"), operated by S Camp & M J Eierweis (ABN 36 390 066 260), trading as Loose Human, Victoria, Australia ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Loose Human provides a subscription-based mobility, flexibility, and strength training app (the Get Loose App) and related content. The Service includes workout programs, educational content, and coaching materials structured around our four pillars: Release, Flexibility, Mobility, and Strength.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Waitlist

Joining our waitlist is free and does not create a subscription or payment obligation. Waitlist members will receive email communications about the app launch and may be offered early access or founding member pricing. We reserve the right to modify or close the waitlist at any time.

Subscriptions and Payment

The Get Loose App is offered as a monthly subscription at $99 AUD per month, following a 7-day free trial. By starting a subscription:

• You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your payment details
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically commence and your payment method will be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy if the Service fails to meet a consumer guarantee. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The content provided through the Get Loose App is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury
• You assume full responsibility for your participation in any exercise or movement program
• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of the Service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your subscription
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service

Intellectual Property

All content within the Service — including workout programs, videos, text, graphics, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Loose Human. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loose Human and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
